1. Seller

2. Products

The online store sells digital products (e.g. PDF guides) as well as physical products. The product descriptions indicate the content, price and delivery method of each product.

3. Ordering

Orders are placed on the website by selecting the product in the shopping cart and making the payment. The payment method is PayPal. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, if the seller is liable for VAT. Payment is made at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

  • Digital products: delivered to the customer's email or as a download link immediately after payment.

  • Physical products (if used): delivered via Posti/Matkahuolto using the selected delivery method.

6. Right of cancellation and return

6.1 Digital products (PDF guides, e-books, files)

Digital products do not have a 14-day cancellation or return right because the file is delivered immediately and can be stored permanently for the customer.
The customer accepts this condition before making payment.

6.2 Physical products

The consumer has a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer pays the shipping costs for the return.

7. Complaints

If the product is defective or the download link does not work, the customer must contact us by email at chroniclesrabbitry@outlook.com within a reasonable time.

8. Limitation of liability

The seller is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the online store, delayed deliveries or digital disruptions that the seller could not reasonably have prevented.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These delivery terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation, and secondarily through the Consumer Disputes Board.
