I have been breeding rabbits since 2003. I started with dwarf lops, and Netherland Dwarfs joined my rabbitry in 2008, running alongside for many years. In recent years, however, Netherland Dwarfs have become my main breed, and today I focus solely on them.

What I find most charming about Netherland Dwarfs is their small size, adorable appearance, and delightful temperament – they are social, lively, and curious. In breeding, I emphasize type and appearance according to the official standard, but I value temperament just as highly. All rabbits born here are well-suited as pets.

I breed Netherland Dwarfs on a small scale in black, brown, and blue. I have completed the Finnish Rabbit Association’s official breeder’s course, and in 2017 I was granted an official breeder’s name (breeder number F117).

Our rabbits are accustomed to handling from a very young age and grow up surrounded by the everyday sounds of family life, even though they live in a separate rabbitry building. Our children take an active part in caring for them, which makes the rabbits trusting and people-oriented. For each rabbit, we carefully look for the right home.
